Art as offering.
Tradition as a living practice.

Kala Bhakthi Sangamam Inc. was formed to preserve, teach, present, and promote Indian—especially South Indian—performing arts, music, cultural heritage, and devotional traditions.

We envision programs where audiences do more than watch: they learn the stories, values, disciplines, and shared heritage carried through dance, music, sacred literature, observance, and service. Our work is designed to welcome artists, teachers, families, youth, volunteers, and the wider community.

The meaning within our name

Three words.
One confluence.

01

Kala

Art · Skill · Creative expression

The disciplined beauty of classical dance, Carnatic music, storytelling, and the many art forms through which heritage is expressed and passed forward.

02

Bhakthi

Devotion · Reverence · Loving participation

Not performance alone, but art offered with inward purpose—rooted in sacred literature, Vedic wisdom, temple traditions, and shared devotional experience.

03

Sangamam

Meeting · Union · Sacred confluence

A place where arts and devotion meet; where generations, traditions, artists, seekers, and communities come together with mutual respect.

“Kala Bhakthi Sangamam” expresses a confluence in which classical art becomes devotion, devotion inspires learning, and learning strengthens community.
